Shortly, you will be able to access two different family history sites from here. The first of these is devoted to the Cranborne Lockyers, who lived on the Dorset heathlands around the villages of Cranborne, Alderholt, Verwood and West Moors. One aim in publishing this site is to make available to anyone interested in the Lockyer family the records collected by my brother Geoff and me. Another, equally important aim is to provide a mechanism through which new information may be gathered from people who have records, photographs etc., which they are prepared to make available to others.

The second site is devoted to the Deedman family that lived and worked around the villages of Pirbright, Worplesdon and Normandy in West Surrey. We have a large number of records for this family, but the site is still under development. New pages will appear as the details of more individuals are added. Until this site is complete, a link has been provided that will take you to Judith White's website, where records of the West Surrey Deedmans may also be found.
